PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage crusher resolving any problem of anomaly caused by biting of rotary blades and by vibration of the crusher. SOLUTION: In this garbage crusher 12, a rotation speed of a motor 42 and a current value are monitored. When the rotation speed is less than a lower limit speed and the current value is less than a reference value, biting anomaly is determined and biting release mode operation is performed.
