PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stable shell cross-linked micelle which has a stimulus-responding property in the micelle and changes the inner environment in response to an external stimulus. SOLUTION: This shell cross-linked micelle includes a block copolymer which is produced by block-copolymerizing a stimulus-responding alkenyl ether monomer, a dissolvable alkenyl ether monomer capable of being dissolved in a solvent to be used, and an alkenyl ether monomer having a cross-linkable group, and then photo-cross-linking the shell portion.
