PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device in which a cushioning member is used to restrain shutter blades from bouncing when they finish running and also restrains the occurrence of dust such as powder or fragment produced as a result from wear caused by striking of the cushioning member and shutter blades against each other. SOLUTION: A blade contact member deformable independently of the cushioning member is disposed between the shutter blades and the cushioning member provided for braking the movement of the shutter blades.
