PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentricity measuring instrument for transmitting a necessary signal without causing an electric wire part for power supply to give unnecessary external force to a position adjustment part. SOLUTION: The eccentricity measuring instrument is equipped with: a holder part having a center axis line and holding a test lens (a testing body) having an optical axis (a reference axis line); a rotative drive part 7 having a spindle (rotative part) 6 rotating around a rotation center axis line C3 to rotate the holder part; the position adjustment part 8 for making the optical axis or the axis line of the holder part coincide with the axis line C3 while being rotated around the axis line C3 together with the holder part by the drive part 7; a cable 10 for supplying electric power to the adjustment part 8; and a winding part 11 rotating in synchronization with the rotation of the adjustment part 8 to wind the cable 10 therearound or sending out the wound cable 10.
