PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional damper capable of suppressing leakage of filled viscose fluid and contributing easy assembly. SOLUTION: A first mass member 20A has a first confronting part 22A confronting to a surface of a side of a center plate 14 and a first outer circumference part 24A provided along a thickness direction at radially outside from an outer end of the center plate 14. The first confronting part 22A and the first outer circumference part 24A are integrally structured. The first outer circumference part 24A is jutted to a center surface C side rather than a part closest to the center plate 14 of the first confronting part 22A. A second mass member 20B has an approximately same shape as the first mass member 20A and the first mass member 20A and the second mass member 20B are bonded by welding an end surface of the first outer circumference part 24A to an end surface of the second outer circumference part 24B.
