PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a molded product of raw materials for ferrocoke and a manufacturing method of ferrocoke that neither causes the molded product of raw materials for ferrocoke to soften or fuse nor causes strengths of manufactured ferrocoke to get lower than that of conventional ferrocoke. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the molded product of raw materials for ferrocoke comprises mixing coal with iron ore and molding the mixture to obtain the molded product, where the coal is a blended coal obtained by mixing semi-anthracite and/or anthracite having a volatiles content of at most 18 mass% with coal having a volatiles content of higher than 18 mass% which softens and fuses. Preferably, the average particle size of the semi-anthracite and/or the anthracite is caused to be 3-5 times the average particle size of the coal which softens and fuses.
