PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impact resistance, heat resistance and durability under a high temperature and high humidity environment of a resin composition consisting of a thermoplastic resin containing a biodegradable resin and a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition consists of (A) 1 to 89.99 wt.% of a biodegradable resin, (B) 98.99 to 10 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin containing the rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin, (C) 0.005 to 5 wt.% of a carbodiimide monomer and (D) 0.005 to 5 wt.% of a carbodiimide polymer.
