PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair de-dyeing agent composition more improving long-term stability of de-dyeing properties and viscosity in a hair de-dyeing agent composition. SOLUTION: The hair de-dyeing agent composition is obtained by mixing and preparing a first agent and a second agent in use. The first agent and second agent contain the following ingredients.
