PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic decorative thermoforming sheet which is used for obtaining various metallic plastic moldings used in automobile interior/exterior finishes, furniture, building materials, household electric appliances, etc., and suppresses a change of its initial metal tone even when subjected to thermoforming. SOLUTION: The metallic decorative sheet is obtained by making a metal vapor deposition film 4, which keeps a metal vapor deposition layer 1 installed on at least one side of a transparent thermoplastic resin film 2 and has a total light transmittance of 10-50%, overlie a colored thermoplastic resin sheet 5.
