PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely conceal hidden information given on a sheet without making faced information indistinguishably. SOLUTION: In this concealing sheet, a first paper piece part 10 equipped with an address displaying face and a second paper piece part 20, in which a detailed information displaying region 21 for printing specified information informing under hidden state to an addressee are un-releasably pasted together by self-adhesive 71 through a lightproof printing layer 80 and, in addition, on the side, on which a detailed information displaying region 21, of the second paper piece part 20, a third paper piece part 30 and a fourth paper piece part 40, both of which are un-releasably pasted together, and a fifth paper piece part 50 are laminated in the order named and then releasably pasted together with pressure-sensitive paste 72.
