PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly determine at a high probability that a fraudulent device is inserted into a token selector to fraudulently operate optical sensors of the token selector. SOLUTION: When first and second reflection type optical sensors 331 and 332 are fraudulently operated by the fraudulent device, a light receiving part 331a of the first reflection type optical sensor 331 receives a light under a state where a light emission part 333a of a third reflection type optical sensor 333 emits no light by a lottery, or the number of detection times of the third reflection type optical sensor 333 does not exceed the number of detected tokens by the first and second reflection type optical sensors 331 and 332 under the state where the light emission part 333a of the third reflection type optical sensor 333 emits a light by the lottery, so that the token selector 34 can quickly determine at the high probability that the fraudulent device is inserted into the token selector 34 to fraudulently operate the first and second reflection type optical sensors 331 and 332.
