TRANSMISSION NETWORK CONCENTRATION CONTROL METHOD

It is possible to make a video transmission into a network and perform transmission while assuring a band. In order to achieve this object, provided is a video transmission system including a video transmission device for packetizing and transmitting video information; a video reception device for receiving the transmitted video information; one or more routing devices for relaying the video information transmitted from the video transmission device to the video reception device; and a managing device for integrally managing the devices. The managing device calculates route information according to the transmission-enabled band information and the transmission rate information and specifies an output destination device for the relayed video information to the routing device. Thus, it is possible to realize transmission while assuring a band without causing the routing device to perform a complicated process.
