[PROBLEMS] To provide a technique for reporting, from a mobile station device to a base station device, reception quality information enabling scheduling considering a temporal fluctuation of a propagation path state in the base station device while suppressing the control information amount reported from the mobile station device. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A communication system employs the multicarrier communication method and performs communication between a base station device and a mobile station device by using a plurality of sub-channels. The mobile station device measures the reception quality in the signal received from the base station device (S61), generates reception quality information capable of performing scheduling reflecting the temporal fluctuation of the propagation path state according to at least two reception quality measurement results in the signals received at different timings for some sub-channels selected from the plurality of sub-channels (S62 to S65). The base station device schedules data to be transmitted to the mobile station device according to the reception quality information generated by the mobile station device (S67, S68).
