摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification method for gene locus useful for estimating the sensitivity of drug, using high-density SNP array data. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of marker IDs included in the SNP array data are classified into a list by each side genetic band to which the respective marker IDs belong using the physical position information on a chromosome (step S11). Subsequently, a plurality of cell strains are subjected to sequencing according to the height of sensitivity (step S12), the sequenced cell strains are classified into high sensitivity strain group and low sensitivity strain group (step S13), and marker ID significantly different in DNA copy number between both groups is calculated by t-test (step S14). Subsequently, between a set (m) of marker IDs calculated by t-test and a set of marker IDs classified into the respective site genetic bands, the probability of overlapping marker IDs more than a predetermined number is calculated to perform similarity analysis (step S16), and the site genetic band where the analysis result satisfies predetermined conditions is selected (step S18). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
