<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system maintaining consistency of an operation system of a user both before and after connection to an external processor for improving operability. <P>SOLUTION: When an apparatus 1 and the external processor 2 are connected together, software for the apparatus is installed in the external processor 2 to be executed by a processing means 204.
