<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly make contact with a place requesting the repair/replacement of a management object facility and to easily recognize charge information required for repair/replacement. <P>SOLUTION: The facility management support system 10 is provided with a management object facility basic DB 40 for storing basic data such as the mounting place of a management object facility and durable years, a repair/replacement information DB 50 for storing repair/replacement requesting place information of each management object facility and charge information, and a failure measures information DB 60 for storing failure measures information for each failure information. Failure measures information corresponding to failure information of the management object facility is extracted from the failure measures information DB, a management object facility requesting repair/replacement is specified according to the extracted failure measures information, and repair/replacement requesting place information and charge information of the management object facility are output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
