LICENSE ISSUING SYSTEM, LICENSE ISSUING SERVER, AND CONTROL METHOD FOR SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for preventing a license from being issued to an application sold in an area different from a device selling area.

SOLUTION: A license issuing server 101 checks whether a machine number input from a user terminal 102 is present within the range of machine numbers associated with merchandise identification numbers input from the user terminal 102. When the machine number input from the user terminal 102 is present with the range of the machine numbers associated with the merchandise identification numbers input from the user terminal 102, the license issuing server 101 issues a license key.
