<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy efficiency and to miniaturize an electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: A motor MG2 and a driving shaft 65 are connected to a ring gear 32 of a first planetary gear P1 of a power distribution integration mechanism 30, and an engine 22 is connected to a carrier 34. A sun gear 31 is connected to a carrier 39 of a second planetary gear P2, and connected to a sun gear 36 of the second planetary gear P2 through a one-way clutch F1, and further, a rotary shaft of a motor MG1 is connected. A ring gear 37 of the second planetary gear P2 is connected to a case through a brake B1. The motor MG1 is directly connected to the sun gear 31 by the brake B1 and the one-way clutch F1 when necessary, and connected to the sun gear 31 with a speed reduction ratio, or released from the connection. With this structure, the motor MG1 can be miniaturized, and energy efficiency of the device can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
