<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of effectively preventing the leakage of developer from an adjacent part between a leakage preventing member and the projecting member of a layer thickness regulating member with simple constitution, and an image carrier device equipped with the developing device and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The first downstream side part 119 of a first seal member 117 is arranged adjacently to a first press-contact part 110 on the lower surface of a blade 36, and the second downstream side part 121 of a second seal member 118 is arranged to be opposed to the first downstream side part 119 and the first press-contact part 110 on the upper surface of the blade 36. A second upstream side part 122 which continues from the second downstream side part 121 is divided to a covering part 123 with which the first upstream side part 120 is covered, an opposed part 124 which is arranged adjacently to the covering part 123 inside in a width direction and arranged to be opposed to the first press-contact part 110 on the front side, and an exposed part 125 which is extended from the covering part 123 and the opposed part 124 to the upstream side in the rotating direction of a developing roller 39. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
