<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance pickup device capable of blowing off dust on a device completely without using an external air blower and having a sleeve for preventing damage to a device. <P>SOLUTION: This conveyance pickup device for sucking and releasing a device by controlling air pressure via a channel inside a pickup is so constituted as to blow compressed air from the pickup inside via the channel immediately before sucking the device to blow off the dust on the device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
