PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle light control method, a vehicle light controller and a computer program capable of easily performing safety confirmation at a front side by a driver without causing reduction of a capacity of a secondary battery. SOLUTION: CPU 11 obtains an inter-vehicle distance with a preceding vehicle when the preceding vehicle is detected by a front vehicular sensor 1. The CPU 11 determines whether or not the obtained inter-vehicle distance is longer than a front distance threshold value Tf, and obtains the remained capacity of the battery 9 from a battery ECU 20 when the inter-vehicle is longer than the front distance threshold value Tf. The CPU 11 determines whether or not the remained capacity of the battery is larger than a capacity threshold value Tc, and switches a head light from a low beam to a high beam when the remained capacity is larger than the capacity threshold value Tc.
