PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase output torque of a motor by raising the space factor of winding to the tees of a stator, and to enhance the circularity of inner diameter of the stator. SOLUTION: The stator has a stator core 11 integrated annularly, and an inner ring 20 attached to the inner circumferential surface of the stator core 11, where a plurality of tees 11a are projecting from the inner circumferential surface at the annular back yoke 11b of the stator core 11 at a predetermined angular interval and the opposite side faces of the tees in the circumferential direction are made flat up to the inner circumferential end and no flange is provided on the opposite inner circumferential side faces. The inner diameter ring 20 is formed into a ring shape having a predetermined inner diameter by arranging a magnetic material piece 22 abutting against the inner circumferential surface of each tees, and a nonmagnetic material piece 21 interposed between the magnetic material pieces and positioned in the gap of adjoining tees alternately in the circumferential direction.
