PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade drive device for a camera capable of achieving not only a multistage diaphragm device but also a diaphragm and shutter device which is used both for a shutter and a multistage diaphragm by using two blades and two electromagnetic actuators. SOLUTION: A driving member 12 is rotatably attached to the output pin 4c of a rotator 4, and the output pin 5c of a rotator 5 is inserted in the slot 12c of the driving member 12. A drive pin 12a provided on the driving member 12 is inserted in the cam grooves 13a and 14a of two blades 13 and 14. Since the rotators 4 and 5 respectively stop at two rotating positions, the two blades 13 and 14 are stopped in relation of four relative positions. Therefore, the blades 13 and 14 control a diaphragm aperture in three stages at three positions, and perfectly close an aperture part 1a at one remaining position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
