PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker improvable in heating efficiency when generating steam. SOLUTION: The cooker 1 comprises an evaporation container 512 storing water supplied from a water supply means; a cylindrical heating means 52 disposed in the evaporation container 51 to heat water in the evaporation container 51; a top part 83 formed of a resin molding to close the upper face of the evaporation container 51; an internal reflecting plate 86 disposed inside the heating means 52 to reflect heat emitted from the heating means 52; and an upper reflecting plate 87 disposed at the lower face of the top part 83 to reflect heat emitted from the heating means 52, wherein a heated object F is cooked using steam generated in the evaporation container 51.
