PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion in which a device for air pressure adjustment can be disposed inside a flexible support member supporting the lower end side of a plurality of air cells and the flexibility of the support member can be maintained as much as possible. SOLUTION: Since the respective devices for the air pressure adjustment such as motor-driven pumps 70 are respectively attached to the lower surface of the support member 60 and the respective devices for the air pressure adjustment are connected to each other by flexible electrical wiring or respective pieces of air piping P1, P2, P3, P4, P5 and P6, even though the respective devices for the air pressure adjustment are non-flexible ones such as electric motors 70 and the flexibility of parts where the respective devices for the air pressure adjustment are attached in the support member 60 is respectively lost, the area of the part where the flexibility is lost is made smaller compared to the case of housing and integrating the respective devices for the air pressure adjustment inside a single operation box and attaching the operation box to the support member 60 for instance.
