PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance which generates negative ions, is highly productive without having a complicated configuration, and is advantageous in terms of cost. SOLUTION: The health appliance 1 includes: a base material 11 which is obtained by mixing creamy silicone with radium powder and hardening them and generates the negative ions; and an air-permeable enclosure base material 12 for enclosing the base material 11. The enclosure base material 12 includes: a nylon net 21 for enclosing the base material 11 generating the negative ions; a bleached cotton cloth 31 for enclosing the nylon net 21; and a flannel 41 for enclosing the bleached cotton cloth 31 and keeps the enclosure of the base material 11 for generating the negative ions by sewing.
