PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device that can reduce circuit area, and to provide an electronic apparatus that includes the same. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes first to n-th circuit blocks CB1-CBN provided along a D1 direction, and an information storage block ISB in which initial adjustment information for initial adjustment of the circuit block of the integrated circuit device is programmed and stored. The circuit blocks CB1-CBN include, at least one data driver block DB for driving a data line, and a logic circuit block LB for controlling the data driver block DB.
