PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker for wiring wherein complicated screw adjusting work by a screw locking material is not required, and I-T characteristics can be adjusted as in the past. SOLUTION: In this thermally tripping type circuit breaker for wiring, a screw fastening member 19 made of a synthetic resin is mounted in a hole part 20 formed in the upper end part of a trip structural body 1 constituting a trip structure part 30 made of metal, and the adjusting screw 6 of a bimetal is screwed in a screw fastening hole 21 formed in this screw fastening member 19 to hold it. Since the adjusting screw 6 is held by the screw fastening member 19 made of the synthetic resin, fixing work of the adjusting screw 6 by the screw locking material like a conventional one is not required.
