PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device capable of preventing or suppressing that a spacing between substrates from becoming uneven and capable of hardly causing deterioration in contrast or the like, to provide a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal device, and to provide an electronic apparatus provided with the liquid crystal device. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal device is constituted such that spacers 15 are arranged on only a display region 90A where a TFT element or the like is not formed on a substrate 10 between substrates 10, 20 holding a liquid crystal layer 50 and a relatively flat surface is disposed and the spacing between the substrates 10, 20 is retained via the spacer 15.
