PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator landing device capable of certainly regulating the lowering of a screen to a predetermined height by a simple structure and also efficiently maintaining and checking a landing position indicator, during maintenance and safety checks of the landing position indicator. SOLUTION: This elevator landing device is provided with: the smoke and flame insulating screen 6 closing an elevator landing doorway if necessary; a landing side end rail 10 arranged on the landing side of the screen 6; a hoistway side end rail 11 arranged on the hoistway side of the screen 6; the landing position indicator 9 provided to the landing side end rail 10; and a hoistway side cover 13 arranged on the hoistway side end rail 11 and opening/closing an inspection hole matched with the location of the landing position indicator 9 and formed into the hoistway side end rail 11. A stopper 14 arranged on the hoistway side end rail 11 so as to approach the upper part of the inspection hole is arranged to a regulation position to regulate the lowering of the screen 6 to the predetermined height when opening the inspection hole and to a non-regulation position not to regulate the lowering of the screen 6 when closing the inspection hole.
