PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent composition, capable of protecting the vapor-deposited layer surface by applying the coating agent on the vapor-deposited surface of a transparent vapor-deposited film, and capable of further improving the gas barrier property by also providing a gas barrier property to the coating agent. SOLUTION: The coating agent composition for a vapor-deposited film is characterized in that its main agent contains as main constituents a nitrile group containing acrylic resin (A) and a silane coupling agent (B), and its curing agent contains as a main constituent an isocyanate compound (C).
