发明名称 DETECTING METHOD OF DNA HYBRIDIZATION USING SCATTERING
摘要 A method for detecting DNA hybridization of a DNA chip is provided to improve detection convenience by using scattering phenomenon through an inexpensive scanner instead of labeling of fluorescent material and expensive optical devices therefor, so that the availability of the DNA chip is improved. A DNA hybridization of a DNA chip is detected by measuring the light scattering degree of the DNA chip by using a probe nanoparticle DNA with a laser scanner or digital camera. A method for detecting DNA hybridization of a DNA chip comprises the steps of: reacting the capture DNA of the DNA chip for inspection with a probe nanoparticle DNA to induce hybridization; (ii) removing the unhybridized probe nanoparticle DNA; and (iii) measuring the light scattering degree of the DNA chip, wherein the nanoparticle is made of silica, gold, polystyrene or quantum dot and contains a fluorescent material TMR(tetramethyl rhodamine) or radioactive isotope in the inside or on the outside surface.
