<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use system when sharing a video taken by a plurality of photographers in the same facilities. <P>SOLUTION: A video taken by a camera 103 is collected by a video collection section 104c for recording on a recording device 105 for storage. When an object and the photographer pass on an IC tag receiver 102 installed in the facilities, the IC tag receiver 102 reads tag information from an IC tag 101 that the object and the photographer have for locating the object and camera positions at a position location section 104a.
