<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device capable of improving reference sensitivity and suppressing fluctuations as well as improving variation amount of output at the time of detection, with improved stability of operation. <P>SOLUTION: Electrode parts 2a-2h which constitute a plurality of sensor parts by demarcating grooves 3 are formed on a conductive membrane 2 formed on a substrate 1 and separation grooves 4, 5 are formed on the remaining conductive membrane 2i remaining other than the above electrode parts.
