<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management tag resistant to heat, easy to remove and reusable, with no adhesion marks remaining on a product or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The information management tag comprises an RFID tag 1 in which antennas 7 and 8 and a connected semiconductor chip 9 are formed on a surface of a base film 2, and a resin foam sheet 6 in which many bubble cells are formed at least on a main surface of a film sheet 4 to form suction surfaces 3 and 5.
