PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the behavior of a vehicle at turning. SOLUTION: The braking power of a wheel outside turning is increased, based on the turning state quantity of a vehicle; and when the braking power of the wheel outside turning is increased, the rate of the roll rigidity distribution of a rear wheel is increased, based on the turning state quantity of the vehicle. Then, only the braking force of the wheel outside turning, that is, the wheel receiving a large wheel load due to the centrifugal force during turning is increased so that it is possible to prevent the wheel from being locked, a stituation that differs from the case where the braking force of the rear wheel inside turning is increased. Also, when the braking force of the wheel outside turning is increased, although yaw moment in a direction in which the front part of the vehicle faceds the direction outside turing is applied, and understeer tendency becomes stronger, the roll rigidity distribution rate of the rear wheel is increased so that oversteer tendency can be enhanced, and the understeer tendency can be offset so that it is possible to stabilize the behavior of the vehicle at tuning.
