<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology by which increase of a user's burden is suppressed and confidentiality of content data is raised. <P>SOLUTION: When the content data is decoded, whether or not a permission condition indicating that decoding of the content data is permitted is established is judged using a scan result of a data print sheet and identification information read from a data storage part of an identification certificate.
