METHOD FOR DISPERSING ADDITIVE AND EXTRUDER FOR RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dispersing an additive with a shape of fine particle homogeneously in a resin without generating coagulation and to provide an extruder for executing the method.

SOLUTION: A resin composition in which the additive is homogeneously dispersed can be obtained by preventing the additives from coagulating each other by making the additive in the resin move by giving an external force to the additive in the resin by giving an electric field or magnetic field from the outside to the resin under kneading. Alternatively, the additive is dispersed homogeneously in the resin by preventing resin particles from coagulating with each other by applying an ultrasonic vibration to the resin under kneaded.
