PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus, a wireless communication program and a wireless communication system which can easily perform wireless communications using configuration information, and an image forming apparatus and a control programs of the image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 1 is connected to a printer 2 and configuration information that is necessary for wireless communications is set by the information processing apparatus 1, and then wireless communication is performed using a wireless communication part 24 from the information processing apparatus 1. At this point, an information acquisition part 25 acquires configuration information from communication contents, and a configuration part 26 sets the configuration information into a configuration information holder 27. Subsequently, the printer 2 performs wireless communication through the wireless communication part 24 using the configuration information held in the configuration information holder 27.
