PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus for setting a radio frequency range of the apparatus with a wireless USB function, and to provide a printer network system via the apparatus and a frequency setting method. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 includes a radio communication means 22 configuring a wireless bus network using frequency bands of 3.1 GHz or more, memory means (22, 38) including frequency assigning data for configuring the wireless bus network, and a control means 16 for setting the frequency assigning data for configuring the wireless bus network regularly or when connected to a second network.
