PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an up-and-down liftable platform device wherein a working bench is arranged on a grounding base with wheels in an up-and-down liftable manner, and which is simplified in a mechanism around the wheels, and enables various additional functions to be mounted to the wheel. SOLUTION: The up-and-down liftable platform device 1 comprises the base 2 having supporting legs 39, 40, the working bench 7 arranged in the upper part of the base 2 via a link mechanism 9 having a lifting driving gear 8, the wheels 47, 48 provided on the side of the base 2, and a base lifting driving means A for lifting the base 2 up and down in response to the up-and-down lift of the link mechanism 9. The base lifting driving means A has thrusting members 38, 38 provided at link levers 23, 24 of the link mechanism 9, and reactors 67, 67 integrally connected to the wheels 47, 48 and adapted to be thrust by the thrust members 38, 38.
