PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which, having three-dimensional visibility and a hue contrast, excels in design property and does not develop the so-called call eye, nor moire, nor Rosetta pattern. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet keeps at least a transparent resin layer overlying a colored substrate, has an embossed pattern with the transparent resin layer cellularly-divided, carries a pattern of a continuous tone by keeping the recesses of the embossed pattern filled with a colorant or ink by wiping it, and shows an irregular arrangement of recesses composing the embossed pattern.
