After that, a nozzle plate 54 is formed with making nickel electroformed on the spot facing plate 52. At that time, a nozzle 110 with a predetermined diameter is formed inside the spot facing 112 by adjusting the time for electroforming. After that, the nozzle plate with spot facing 50 is formed by separating the support substrate 150 from the spot facing plate 52 and carrying out the dissolution stripping of the first resin 152 by a solution processing.
