PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealing sheet, which surely conceals hidden information given thereon without making faced information indistinguishably and, at the same time, can transmit much information. SOLUTION: Under the condition that the first paper piece part 21a and the second paper piece part 21b of a hidden information written piece 20 are releasably pasted together by folding an address information written piece 10, on one side of which an address information printing region 13 for printing address information therein is provided, and the hidden information written piece 20 with the address information written piece 10 pasted thereon, the detailed information printed on the hidden information written piece 20 is so constituted as to be pinched by a lightproof printing layer 23 provided in the hidden information written piece 20 and, at the same time, some parts of the address information written piece 10 and of the hidden information written piece 20 pasted together with each other are made to be releasable.
