EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR SUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the planarity of screen fabric by making the screen fabric lying between a printing object and a setting stage retain a sufficient tension, in suction equipment of a screen printing machine. SOLUTION: The equipment has: a screen fabric stretching plate 10 which gives the tension to the screen fabric 12 having air permeability by stretching the fabric 12 on a frame 11; and a multihole plate 20 provided on the back side of the screen fabric stretching plate 10 and having a plurality of air holes 21 formed toward the back of the fabric 12. A gas is sucked to the back of the multihole plate 20 through the air holes 21 of the plate 20, and thereby the printing object 40 existing on the surface of the screen fabric 12 stretched on the frame 11 is sucked onto the surface of the fabric 12.
