PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stub collection device by which a deodorant member can be easily changed and a storing section and a collecting mechanism can be efficiently deodorized. SOLUTION: An ashtray 20 has a base 21 arranged in a top plate 10 and a tray portion 22 having a charging port 22aa in communication with the inner space of a rail 30, and has a space portion 24 in communication with the inner space of the rail 30 between the base 21 and the tray portion 22, and the deodorant member 50 is arranged in the space portion 24.
