The electronic window ( 21 ) further employing a display screen ( 21 ) mounted within the room for displaying and illuminating the image at a luminance level for creating a sensation of a glass window being formed in the wall of the room. Alternatively or concurrently, the display screen ( 21 ) can direct an emission of a light beam within the room.
