<p>The method involves computing grey values of voxel of image volume by rear projection of the projection image. The two individual projection images are recorded in constant relative position between a focus point and a region of interest (5). Rotation angles of the two individual projection images are arranged in a plane. The two individual projection images are constructed, and are put together to an extended projection image. An independent claim is also included for an X-ray machine for implementing the method for reconstructing three dimensional image volume from multiple two dimensional projection images of a region of interest.</p> |
