TRANSMISSION METHOD FOR SHARING NON-SCHEDULED RESOURCE AND SCHEDULED RESOURCE IN ENHANCED UPLINK SYSTEM

A transmission method for sharing non-scheduled resource and scheduled resource in an enhanced uplink system is disclosed. The invention is made to address the resource waste in prior art and the problem of unfair treatment for the user scheduled service in data transmission. The inventive transmission method for sharing non-scheduled resource and scheduled resource in an enhanced uplink system comprises the steps of: when an UE performing the uplink scheduled transmission and/or the non-scheduled transmission, the UE sharing the whole non-scheduled resource and scheduled resource to perform the uplink scheduled transmission and/or the non-scheduled transmission; wherein the types of the burst timeslots for the said non-scheduled transmission and the uplink scheduled transmission are the same. With the above method, the waste of the resource could reduced, and the problem of unfair treatment for the user-scheduled service could be solved, therefore the resource allocation could be more flexible and the resource usage could be higher.
