<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of using an appliance connected by radio communication, and to provide a communication system, a program for setting an appliance control program, and a program for acquiring the appliance control program. <P>SOLUTION: When started, a printer retrieval part retrieves a printer connected to a PC and a field intensity acquisition part acquires field intensity to the retrieved printer. A printer selection part compares the acquired field intensity with a threshold value, and selects a printer which has a larger field intensity than the threshold as a printer list.
